This boat is a great Liveaboard and also ideal for extended passage making.

Amazing Grace is a meticulously cared for beautiful example of the 2008 Cruising Magazine Boat of the year.  The optional tall rig on this boat delivers an additional 60 square feet of sail area for improved light wind performance and for downwind sailing she also has an asymetrical spinnaker with sleeve.  There are 3 electric winches, electric windlass, full digital instrumentation and all lines lead to the cockpit for single and/or short-handing.

The interior makes this boat a true home away from home with leather seating, a 5:1 Bose sound system, fully wired for a cable connection there are flat screen TVs in both the salon and master suite and a cook's galley featuring 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers and a gourmet stove.  The navigation station has a chart plotter, radar and remote autopilot controls making it possible to sail the boat from below if necessary, 3 8D AGM house batteries rated at 255AH each kkep power coming at anchor or on a mooring.

Three double staterooms offer room for friends, each with a large hanging locker.  The master has a separate shower and head that are all inside the stateroom itself-perfectly private. The salon table also drops into a 4th double berth.  She can sleep 8 adults very comfortably.  All heads are fresh water electric, there are two separate shower stalls as well as a cockpit shower on the swim step.

Upgrades made within the last 2 years include new bottom paint(Feb. 2016) a custom memory foam mattress in the master stateroom, solid teak cockpit table(replacing the factory Corian table), 3 new deep cycle Lifeline AGM 8D house batteries, new cockpit cushions, upgraded cockpit stereo and speakers, AIS and new running rigging.

Her 75 Horsepower Yanmar Engine has about 650 hours on it and has been maintained like clockwork to stay in top form.  Likewise her Mastervolt Generator has been serviced every spring and works like a dream.  Whether you are heading off to far away destinations, taking a day sail or just looking for a weekend at your floating vacation home, Amazing Grace delivers with style and class
